4.2 A cleaning fee will be charged for excessive mess or spills inside the vehicle.
5.1 Clients are responsible for the conduct of their party.
5.2 JM Limos FL reserves the right to terminate service without refund in the event of unruly behavior.
6.1 JM Limos FL is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
6.2 In the event of force majeure, JM Limos FL may cancel or modify reservations without liability.
7.1 Smoking and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in JM Limos FL vehicles.
7.2 Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of service with no refund.
